Title:

Customized export promotion project developed by the Business Aggregation

Description:

The granted contribution, amounting to €19,453.00, was used to strengthen the skills of the business aggregation we were part of and, in particular, of our company, focusing on expanding the base of commercial contacts and existing foreign counterparts. The internationalization process, structured in several phases, involved the engagement of “Temporary Export Managers” (TEMs), to coordinate companies in the study and analysis of markets and demand, in order to identify characteristics, potential, trends, and consumer behaviors. The insights that emerged from the analyses were translated into dedicated marketing actions and into offering equally differentiated and customized products. During the project, participation in trade fairs represented the moment of verification and implementation of the strategies studied and defined by the companies. In parallel, incoming missions of operators were organized, and the positioning of the companies’ products on e-commerce marketplaces was optimized.

Purpose:

The project aimed to support the development of internationalization processes through the study of a customized strategic growth path, designed to facilitate penetration and strengthen presence in foreign markets of specific interest. In summary, the developed opportunities achieved the goal of strengthening both the product range and the commercial positioning of the aggregation, by sharing the identification of new markets and promotion and sales channels.

Results:

The project successfully achieved the goal of developing actions to activate foreign counterparts.
